South West England Roe Buck Stalking

How do you beat a few days away in August in the glorious sunshine? You go Roe Deer Stalking of course, like our Slovenian guests did this year.

Our guests from Slovenia came across the waters to experience the wonder that is Deer Stalking in the UK. They arrived in beautiful Wiltshire on the 12th August for a four day Roe Deer Stalking getaway. And a successful one at that. They met up with their Roe Deer stalking guide who took them to the Milton Lodge Hotel where they were staying, and talked them through what to expect in their trip.

Due to guides expertise in the field, he placed them where the best and most Deer would be and the group managed to harvest five Bucks (narrowly missing three others) over the course of their trip. The best they shot was a 520 gram Trophy Head, which more than made up for the three that got away. All in all, they had a fantastic trip, in a stunning part of England.
